Where Found: In the municipality of Biar, in the Alto Vinalopó 63 km away from Alicante.
Directions: From Alicante on the A-7 direction to take turnoff Alcoy Villena, after motorway exit direction Biar. We surrounded the village to see the markings on the CV Banyeres-804 for which we will continue to 7.7 km where you will see a path to the right that leads to the site located between tall pines.

Halfway between the towns of Biar and Banyeres, is the site of the Fountain of Patiras. Among large pines, resist the four walls of a ruined chapel, which in times past was part of a thriving farm. The source and the trough, fill in a pond that supplies water nearby crops of olive and fruit trees among which rises a path that takes us into the Sierra de la Fontanella, where lovers of mountain biking will find an ideal setting with routes through the mountains of a term to another. For climbing enthusiasts, there are two areas, Penya L'Aguila and Penyes of Sanxet, with roads and paths range between 15 and 30 meters. Walking, enjoy the scenery and the odd race to find a rabbit burrow.
