The Sierra de Mariola, is full of hidden corners that's recognized as one of the most beautiful of our environment, but certainly one of the best known symbols is the Big Dig arched. The outer perimeter of the snowfield is hexagonal, with six pointed stone arches that start inside the cylindrical wall of the well and served to sustain the coverage of the dome, now defunct, that ended in a key way pineapple. Access by road PR-V 27, will bring us great views of the regions and valleys abuts the province of Valencia and the nearby summit of Montcabrer. For the rest, recreation area beneath the sanctuary, equipped with benches, tables and plenty of shade because of its orientation north, where walls and roofs of the town of Agres stand on a green blanket of pine and fruit trees.
